All tvs in house not working correctly for days

Been spending numerous hours trying your online fixes but have completely lost the plot.  All tvs not working loss of signal loss of network one then works then others don't.  Continually pausing and not restarting in middle of programs and loss of recordings due to technical issues?? Ran at least 20 tests on the my sky app and all shows ok when completely not.  Have completely failed to speak to a human being to talk about all of my issues with sky and am totally frustrated with the whole my sky app.  Please could you send an engineer to sort out my problems as I am ready to cancel my subscription totally and utterly disappointed with the service provided.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
