All of our sky recordings dissappeared

All of our recordings have disappeared and we have tried turning the sky box off and on but no luck. Any ideas?

It is odd that recordings disappear, if its hard drive failure you will get errors that mention problems.
Were these downloaded On demand or live tv recordings?

Some downloaded On demand recordings do have expiry dates and can be automtically deleted (due to rights), wheras live TV recordings do not. 

Can you make a new live TV recording?

goto settings and check your recordings !! i think theres a option where u can turn off the expire to keep

and it wont remove your items

Hi @scouselfc 

Afraid applying Keep to recordings does not stop On Demand expiring.

It will only prevent normal recordings being deleted and make them the last to go if the Q box runs out of room and starts deleting recordings.
