All my recordings have disappeared on my main q box when we try it's keep saying hard drive fault and my sky mini box as lost all ts tv guide and programs just keep saying wait then says no signal I have turn them both off waited and turn them back on but still the same

Sounds like your main box is goosed which will impact on the mini boxes. You'll need to call them to get a replacement, be aware that all recordings are now gone.

You can order a free replacement main Q box here:

This is for a doorstep swap where you hand your old box & power cable to the courier and they give you a new one. Remember to remove your viewing card from the old box before you hand it over. Also make sure you get a replacement power cable too - these can differ between boxes.
You have to attach the satellite cabling, power and HDMI cable to the back of the box yourself. This is very easy to do for most people.

@Dave114 Follow the link below it will ask you to try various procedures to get your box up and running again if they don't work it will allow you to order a new box
