All apps ‘currently unavailable’ how do I get them to work?

All app icons present however when I click on every single one a message appears saying 'sorry this app is currently unavailable' please try later.  I've been trying for weeks, restarted sky several times.  This has happened since receiving a replacement sky Q box. Can anyone help fix it?

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date :

To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks

Please note that the step to refresh apps often does not action immediately and may take several hours before it does
