All Sky Q recordings have disappeared along with schedule

I have been out of the house for four hours. When turning my Sky Q box and TV on all of my recordings had disappeared, along with the schedule. My disk was approximately 66% full. My favourite channels are still listed. I've turned the q box on and off several times to no avail? I need Help as I seem to have lost hundreds of important recordings.

If there's been, or is, a hard drive issue then they may be lost forever.

If you continue to encounter issues then you may need a replacement box.

Note the hard drive is not a permanent storage medium and is intended to time shifting only and not archiving programmes.  Any purchases can be redownloaded.

Thank you. I guess that is the problem. Just very strange as I had plenty of space and quite a few recordings categorised as "keep". It's a pity that they can't be stored in a cloud. Ironically I was fixing my mother's box when they disappeared!
