All I want to do is change my Sky HD box for Sky Q how do I do that?

I would like to have a sky Q box instead of my current sky HD box but I can't find anything that points me towards doing that.

You'll need to ring Sky to arrange this. It's not a simple matter of swapping boxes - the LNB on your satellite dish needs to be changed by a Sky engineer too.
