After rebooting the screen goes to accessibility options but i can’t skip

I have just changed my internet provider but i can't access the settings to set it up.  This is the second box in the house but when i try to reboot I get the start up pages but it goes straight to the accessibility options page but i can't skip this as it isn't required.  It just stays stuck on that page.  My remote doesn't seem to speak to my Q box. Any ideas or is the box broken?

Sky have suggested the following...

  • Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6
  • Wait for the remote to flash
  • Then dismiss the information screen "Skip & set up later"
  • Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control

If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the TV.
