After overnight update the sky q mini as froze on Accessibilty message And wont respond to remote

Hi @Anth_nufc 

On your mini remote press and hold 7 & 9 on the remote until it's led flashes four times.

This will set the remote to infrared mode which will work all boxes in line of site.

Reboot the mini again and then see if the remote will get past the issue/

Remember to point the remote at the mini .

If you can get the mini working then repair the remote by pressing 1 & 3 and following onscreen instructions.
