After new broadband installed can't get Amazon Prime

After getting new Fibre broadband  installed I can't now get   Amazon Prime   - Screen says "There is a Problem "    error code 0.6 .Same message received yesterday .

@Otoboi try rebooting your router then your main Q box if that doesnt work you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh
