After hard drive reset remotexwint wirk and i cant access anything other than menu

After doing a hard drive reset the box won't work properly and remote won't work. I cant access any recordings or download anything. I cant change channels. Messages staye a technical issue. I've switched the box off and on at the mains and no change

Hi,

You can try resetting the remote as follows......

1. press and hold 7 & 9 simultaneously until the remote flashes red four times

2. press and hold 1 & 3 simultaneously then follow the on screen instructions.
