Yes and I have turned everything off then on again

We have no signal on our tv following engineer visit to upgrade

We had upgrade to fibre then engineer came and now we have no satellite signal I have followed the instructions on line and on the screen and still nothing is working. I have been trying for a few days

The upgrade to Fibre would not affect the Satellite Signal

 

Can you check that the Satellite cables at the back of the SKY Q box are fully connected

 

BTW I have merged your second post with your original one as people will get confused with 2 separate ones covering the same problem

@Loraine++SmythAssuming you also had a router change you will have to set up the main box again so it can connect to the new router.
Here is information on how to set up Q devices if you have changed your router

You have a satellite signal - there's an image in the thumbnail in the top left?

 

You don't have an internet connection - presumably as others have said because you have a new router with your new fttp connection that you need to re-configure the SkyQ to connect to.
