After an engineer visit I can no longer get several sky channels they are now asking for a pin on th

I can no longer get several of the sky channels after the engineers visit today, they ask for a pin on the main box and I can't get them at all on the mini box

@ACam61  Having a pin does not mean the channels are not available, it simply means they are pin protected due to showing pre watershed content.

 

You don't say which channels are missing?

I have the same issue with newly delivered SkyQ mini box. Set up complete and can select all channels but if programme needs a pin input to view I just get a blank blue screen, no pin prompt. Works ok on main box.

 

I have retset pin and no change, also tried going to parental controls on mini box, here I get the pin prompt but justs sits there when I enter the pin, on main box goes straight to sub-menu as soon as 4th didit entered.

 

Any suggestions please?
