Additional device for a holiday home

I currently have Sky Q and a mini box at home. I would like to have Sky TV at our holiday home and unsure how to go about this. Can't get a contact number to speak to anyone. Hopefully someone can advise.

Hi @Alandb1

Afraid not possible unless you open an additional Sky Q account at your holiday home address.

Your current account and Q boxes can only be used at your current Q address in line with Sky's terms and conditions.

Re: Additional device for a holiday home

If you download SkyGo to a laptop you would be able to connect to a tv at your holiday home using an HDMI cable thus allowing you to watch Sky channels when away.

Not sure about the picture quality but should be OK.

You cannot use an Apple or Android device to do this as the HDMI output will be blocked but you would be able to view Sky on the tablet screen.

You can also do this with a games console. Might be able to pick an old xbox One up cheap.
