I would like to add my wife to my Sky account so she can speak to someone when necessary. I am 92, hard of hearing and find it difficult to speak on the phone or online.
I would like my wife to be able to speak to someone for the both of us.

It could be worth considering registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@KJV All you need to do is call sky and setup a telephone access password then give this password to your wife or any other relevant you choose
they then can call sky give the password and be able to do most account activity with the exception of cancellation that is something sky will only accept instructions on from you only

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
Your wife won't be able to cancel your subscription under 'normal circumstances'.

A morbid subject which I was trying to avoid but if you were referring to an account holder passing away see this link
