Account restricted (paid bill on time for months)

Can someone please explain why purchases are restricted on my account.

 

For over 3 months I've tried to purchase movies and it just repeatedly says restricted. 

 

I'm advised to use the help on sky home page and told to pay my bill, my bill is paid every month on time in full. 

 

Is this not a breach of the contract? I am made to feel like a criminal for previously making a late payment. Can customers not suffer financially tough times without being penalises for eternity for crying out loud.

As this is an account specific enquiry, ypu will have to phone Sky to get this sorted.

I am just another Sky customer!
