Account restricted not even had my 1st bill no help offered

Has anybody experienced this not had my 1st bill and sky have restricted my account 1st line customer services state everything in place for Direct Debit  have my bank details i have no bill to pay currently but have no ske services at all its been 5 days and 1st line cannot help
