Access to Sky Arts? - I have Sky Signature subscription

I see that Sky Arts disappeared from Free to view in March 2025, but I pay monthly for Signature TV package, so why has it disappeared for me?

What message are you getting on screen? Sky Arts is still a free to air channel, nothing has changed and it's available as normal on Freeview or satellite with no subscription.

The HD version has always remained encrypted, are you trying to watch that without the HD subscription?

Hi @SkyArts   Do you subscribe to Sky HD? I do and Sky Arts HD is on channel 124 and Sky Arts (SD) is on channel 822. So try 124 & 822.
