My sky Q box is showing no satellite signal on many channels. As part of a communal dish because I live in block of flats, the sky engineer is not allowed access to that box. Seemingly the company that services that dish has been and fixed numerous faults but my sky box is still not picking up signal for all channels. I have rebooted many times but nothing seems to work! .... Help!

You need to get back onto your landlord or Management Company to inform then this still isn't fixed for you.
