A box won’t connect to tv

New sky q box won't connect with tv

 

tv message shows no signal please check the input connection

Hi @Fran35 

First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
