I've got the same issue - happened about 23:30. Says I've got a connection but no internet. Other devices connect to the hub fine. Toggled between wired and cables connection to no avail. My phone etc will connect to the WiFi, just not the SkyQ....

 

Assumed it was an actual Sky platform issue affecting EPG/on demand etc rather than it being an actual physical internet issue. 

Should be fixed in the morning I hope 🤞🏻

Our broadband also went off last night and now the TV won't connect to the broadband at all even after numerous unplugging and resetting attempts! So frustrating!

How long are you giving it to connect? Can sometimes take up to 5mins for the Sky Q to complete the handshake to the router.  If it doesn't, try restarting your router then your Sky Q
