701 to 709 channel are not working

Hoi my sky 701 to 709 Indian channel are not working

sam with me -  sky customer thinks they lost licence on sky stream - but seems all a guess work reply

is there not one person in sky who say why stopped or is it temp hiccup

I've just flicked over to 702, then 701 and both appear to be working fine on Sky Q.
