30 years I've been with sky .. on our move the removal company lost my disabled son box that goes into his TV in his room.. U expect me to buy another.. U can sad off il be cancelling my contract next year .. U can help someone disabled U don't deserve my money

All Q hardware is loaned for the duration of your subscription. If the box is lost or damaged then you are liable for it.
Surely the removals have insurance?

We're just fellow Sky customers here so your complaint won't be heard.
As the moving company lost the box then you'd need to claim on their insurance for the original cost of the device. Should you wish to cancel your subscription Sky would expect the device to be returned & they would charge you if you didn't.

@Stephen199820 You need to speak to the removal company and request they cover the cost of a replacement box, Sky have zero obligation to replace it free of charge regardless of it being used by a disabled person, your anger should be vented at the removal company who have caused the issue.
