MR04 is what you get when it can't connect.
Mine used to to do it regularly, and the problem is the palaver you have to go through by clicking buttons on the minibox, which don't resolve anything (though maybe Sky's user interface has improved since the time I had that message).
I realise this probably won;t help, but I knew the issue was related to Wi-fi (which I hate), so I hardwired my minibox to my network. Not had a connection issue since.
That MR04 was really confusing, and the first time I spent ages on the phone with Sky. The solution involved a heck of a lot of button presses (this was maybe five years ago), as well as a complete reset (the one where everything is deleted).
You really need to talk to Sky first.
