2nd Sky multi box showing technical fault.

I have two multi boxes. The first workd correctly. With the second the channel menu comes up but programmes selected come up as 'connectivity problem' ot 'technical fault'.  

 

The programme we were watching before does however still show correctly.

 

The system status shows tick for 'Connection to SkyQ box'  . The 'Network connection' is intermittent. 

 

I have tried switching off the TV and multi box. Also my BT internet router - there is a signal. Also my main Sky box.

 

Does my multi box need replacing or is there something else I should try?

Patient and lengthy help from Tom. A complete analysis and reset of the system. Problem seemed to be the 2nd mini box trying to connect to my wi-fi internet INSTEAD of the wi-fi relayed Q box signal.
