@LeighAlchemy  You got a new customer deal 23 years ago so can't expect another as an existing customer it doesn't work like that I'm afraid

If you were to move to a competitor the same will happen in 18/24 months when your new customer discounts end so then you'll be able to move back to Sky and take advantage of their new customer incentives at the time.

VIP has always been nothing more than a marketing term. Every customer is a VIP. It doesn't grant anyone special privileges. 

If you want a better deal, cancel.
