Hi, yesterday my SkyQ box stopped working. So rang up and was told to unplug it from the wall fir a few mins, then switch it back on. And wait for it to come back on. I did all this, only fir it to Come back on with instructions on how to set up my box and using my controller to help me with setting parental controller and other things. Trued pressing the home button to take me to the home page. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The remote wasn't registering on my nox, no blue circle going round the Q sign. So changed the batteries and still NOTHING. Please can somebody gelp me out!!! As got 3 grandchildren driving me nuts because they can't watch TV 😒 🙄 😑 🙃. Thanks in advance
