Check that the cable connectors from the dish into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. If they are ok, then it sounds like your dish has gone out of alignment (strong winds today). If you own your own dish, you will need to arrange for an engineer to come out (January earliest would be my guess). If it's a communual dish, you'll need to contact your management company.

Do you mean within the TV Guide? I too am getting this more often at the moment - the only way I can resolve it is by unplugging the main SKY Q box from the wall for 30 seconds. Turn back on and just follow the on-screen instructions to get back up and running within 5 minutes.
Give the guide 3 or 4 minutes to re-appear.
