10Bit settings Sony A95L tv with Sony HT-A7000

Need some help please. 

I have a Sony XR65A95L connected to sony ht-a7000 soundbar connected via eARC. The sky q is plugged into the soundbar, the soundbar setting allows upto 8k on hdmi.

For some reason I cannot get 10bit settings on sky, only allows me to do 8bit

All cables are hdmi 2.1 48gbs

Does it work bypassing the soundbar?

Hi @ZainUAH   I don't have that soundbar, but have you set the soundbar input to enhanced as well as the ARC HDMI setting on the TV?

Hi @ZainUAH   So you have set the Sky Q (or ARC) TV HDMI input to Enhanced? Also what is the length of the HDMI cable?

How long are your HDMI cables?

Yes I have set it to enchanced, hdmi length is 2m

So the soundbar isn't relevant to the question, it has the same problem direct to the TV? Just checking my understanding.

And enhanced colour or whatever Sony call it is on for the right hdmi inputs... weird... tried multiple cables?

Tried with original sky cable as well purchasing another cable hdmi 2.1 48gbs

Have you tried a settings reset in the installer menu on the Q?
