Hi, since storm Babette the other week one of our channels isn't working (STV/3). It will work ok most mornings but then has a lot of static and ends up with just the blue screen saying there isn't a signal.
I've reset the SkyQ box several times and checked all the cables and settings but nothing has resolved the issue.
Has anyone had anything similar or can advise before I get an engineer call out?

Issues like this almost always require an engineer visit even if it seems like only one channel is affected. Depending on which STV region you're in (North, East, West, or Tayside) you may also be missing some otner channels but just not noticed yet.
