1 and 3 buttons aren’t working

My sky q remote isn't working 7 and 9 flash but no response from 1 and 3?

Hi @Jay1968 

The Q box must on with green led and you must be pointing your remote directly at the Q box when you press and hold 1 & 3 together.

Try 7+9

Then 4+6 

Then 1+3

Didn't unfortunately- I ordered a new remote and now working well apart from I can't work the volume on it if anyone can help? 😁

Try this,

 

  1. Press Home on your remote
  2. Select Settings, then Setup, followed by Remote Control
  3. Select the remote you're using
  4. Select Control your TV then Find it for me and follow the on-screen instructions
