sky protect device claim
is there anyone having issues getting sky protext to process claims? currently sitting 4 days without a mobile, unable to get repair booked on the account as it keeps putting up as an issue.. have called them several times, still nothing, 1st person told it may take a few days for the fault on the account to be cleared then to start the process... leaving me over a week without a phone, i then got forwarded to the complaints and escalation team as the 1st man advised that they might be able to get something sorted with a store collect or even speed up the process, i got speaking to a man within this department on Monday 1st approx 10am advised that he will have to call me back and took the phone number i rang them off, as he was looking into the issue (advised that he wouldnt be too long as firstly i was going to be put on hold until he decided that he would ring me back).
its not wednesday the 3rd after 7pm i havent heard anything, have tried calling again but advised that the case was closed, i have also logged onto my Sky protect account and it says that there is 2 closed cases and 1 there to resume but will not let me complete.
Has anyone else had this issue, currently on the 4th day without a phone, with a business to run using the device. Pay the insurance every month and have had a terrible experience getting past pillar to post and nobody ever seeming to do anything to progress the issue.
