I have been on the phone for over an hour, been transfered several times and no closer to getting my prblem solved. All i want is my video camera fixed or replaced.
In the Sky Protect app there is a dedicated live help chat which can help diagnose the issue. You can find it by using the support button at the bottom of the "Help & Support" section within the app and then using the "Send us a message".
