i tried to by insurance and it did not go through but taken payment

I just purcased home insurance and paid for it but the system did not confirm i have the insurance in place and my bank account shows as the annual payment is pending. please confirm i have the insurance in place and email me the insurance policy and documents asap. thanks

You will have to call to resolve ths by contacting the Sky Protect team.

At the bottom of the Sky Protect Insurance help article, linked below, click on 'I'd prefer to get in touch' and it will provide the phone number to call.

I've just done the same thing, I emailed however and the answer was that the payment should be pending and if the website declined it (which it did) then it should just return to my bank account in 3-5 days.
