Hiya I'm looking to cancel my sky protect how do I go about doing this as the app and website hasn't made this very easy to find ... I don't know if I need to call or anything

Cancelling your policy
Cancelling your policy is easy. Get in touch with us direct using the options at the bottom of this page.
You'll get a full refund on the premium you paid, if you have both cancelled within the first 31 days of cover and have not made a claim within that cooling off period.
You'll need to return the Smart Tech Bundle if you cancel within your cooling off period. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for this, and you can drop off the package at your local post office free of charge. If you do not return the Tech Bundle within 21 days, you'll be charged a non-return fee to the card we have stored for you on file. You'll get a letter or email confirming the resulting charge to your account.
There will be an early termination charge if you decide to cancel after your cooling off period. This is charged at £3 per month for every month remaining on your policy term. This means that if you were to cancel in month 2, you will be charged £3 for each of the remaining 22 months, whereas if you cancel in month 23, you will only be charged £3 for the final month. The early termination charge will be payable upon cancellation.
We'll calculate any pro-rata refund owed to you and credit your account. Any early termination charges will be charged separately using the card details we have for you on file.

That's great. and when we try to call sky, no one picks up the phone!!!..
one day the execuse was - high call volumes. Today it is that people are in training. LOL!!!!

i need to fully cancel my sky protect policy please.Had to move as hubby very ill. Old address is(Removed) new address is (Removed)
