No, they will not: setting up the 'Smart Protect Tech Bundle' is intended to be entirely DIY and there's no involvement in the product at all by Sky 'engineers' (satellite television or broadband)
Note that Smart Protect isn't a security product (and it's not really 'Sky' either: the insurance is from Zurich and Sky are licensing some product branding)
