Hi I'm asked for repair on mobile phone booked in online and have for collection when do I need to pay excess please many thanks

Assume you had your mobile repaired under Sky Device insurance.

Mobile phones do have an excess charge of £75.

Might be worth a call to the device insurance number here to find out how you will pay your excess.
