When someone presses the doorbell it doesn't notify my phone and I don't get to speak or see who's at the door

In the Sky Protect app there is a dedicated live help chat which can help diagnose the issue. You can find it by using the support button at the bottom of the "Help & Support" section within the app and then using the "Send us a message".
