When applying for a quote for tech & contents which option do i choose?

I part-own my property, with 35% owned (mortgaged) and rent 65%.  I need to know which option to choose as there is a vast difference monthly payments between them.  The rent option is cheapest.  Which option do i choose, as i dont want to have my insurance invalidated due to entering wrong details.

I'd imagine that rental is appropriate, but you should contact the Sky Protect helpline for confirmation.

I did call the sky protect team and they did not know the answer, but thank you for the reply
