I have just installed my sky protect doorbell and when someone rings the bell I get a notification and can see them, however I can't hear them, I have my volume turned all the way up but nothing comes through.
I also try to use the playback function and I am not getting any videos, however my wife who is the second account on the device is getting the playbacks without any issues on her device.
Any help would be much appreciated.
