Video doorbell staying on yellow

Got my video doorbell  today the chime is working and connected to the Internet but the video door camera staying on solid yellow light tryed starting to sync again but when pressing video camera sync there's still just a yellow light no other flashing lights

That means the doorbell has not connected to the Chime.

Try syncing it close to the Chime and when synched move the doorbell to its final position on your door.
