Received video doorbell last week but keeps losing connection. There is nothing wrong with my internet. The device is right near router and front door where video doorbell is located. Spent 1 hour yesterday trying to get the thing rebooted and working again. Fianlly got it working only for the same issue today. Honestly do not have time to mess around with this on a daily basis. Are these devices not thoroughly tested prior to relase?
Can't seem to find how to get hold of a person to assist me, the automated chat keeps sending me in circles and cannot help. Any idea on how to resolve this once and for all or am I going to have to re-install old doorbell so at least I don't keep missing people?

In the Sky Protect app there is a dedicated live help chat which can help diagnose the issue. You can find it by using the support button at the bottom of the "Help & Support" section within the app and then using the "Send us a message".
