Ive only charged my video doorbell 3 times and the battery has completely failed, before this happened i was completely happy with the product, has any one else suffered this happening.?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry turning the on/off switch under the doorbell flap to off and leave off for at least ten minutes.
Turn switch back on and then charge the doorbell using the supplied usb cable via the chime usb port overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Iit will be flashing yellow and blue when charging and be a stable light when finished.
