Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSo tonight picking up on alerts to my video doorbell that I had motion detection recording, but going to view it a number of mnutes later nothing is coming up at all.
This was working fine early on today and checking back even yesterdays recordings I am no longer able to view these. I have logged out of the app and back in. Dropped the connection on the chime to see if this would help and no change.
The thing about this is that I can still view the live image and did take a manual recording and even this is not available to view.

I have exactly the same problem. Started after 4pm today.
