Video door bell not picking up motion all the time
So the video door bell is picking up only 30% of the motion, it is not picking up everyone that goes near the front door, checked all settings but can't get my head around it

Re: Video door bell not picking up motion all the time
From the Sky Protect app, you will need to fine tune the Person detection settings and Video recording settings listed under the Video doorbell section by clicking on the gear settings icon top right.
Be careful not to make the video recording setting too long, as that will reduce battery life.
The help within the app, has some good guidance if you have not read.

Re: Video door bell not picking up motion all the time
Hey @Fbrook
If your video doorbell senses just 30 per cent of motion, adjust the motion sensitivity, detection zones, and camera angle to detect as much as possible. Check your surrounding environment before having no obstructions and check the Wi-Fi signal for issues. If still not achieved, resetting the device or calling on customer services might help.
