VIP member for 23 years and have been turned down for Sky Protect Smart Home Insurance

Looking for Building & Contents Insurance from Sky Protect Smart Home Insurance, been turned down, said it could be history, have never had claim, could be address, address has been good enough for Sky for 23 years, really disappointed to say the least!

Sky is not an insurance company: the 'Protect' Building & Contents product is underwritten by Zurich and Sky licences them some branding.

Zurich processes applications for a policy as one would expect for an insurer (and as the FCA insists) with history of subscription to a particular television provider having no bearing on the matter.
