Hi I've tried updating my firmware on both chime and doorbell cam they keep failing, it's now unusable they are just items that I have that don't work, absolutely pointless

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePull the power plug out of the chime and leave off for at least ten minutes.
Also or the doorbell, turn it off using the switch under the flap on the rear, the switch is next to the charging usb port.
Plug the chime back in after its ten minutes off power and let it reconnect with a blue solid light.
Then, turn on the doorbell and let it connect.
Might be worth also giving the doorbell a full charge, by charging via the chime overnight or for at least 8 hours.

My camera has been failing an update now for over 48 hours, followed all the advice on here but still failing. Is it just a fancy door ornament now?
