Unfit insurance

I spoke with Sky and D&G on Saturday to make a claim they said there was an issue and would call back, they didn't, later in the evening I called again and they said that the escalation team would call me within 24 hours, that also didn't happen.

  • I have just spoken with Dawn at D&G insurance who tells me that she can't put a request in as I have an open order. She is aware that I dont have an open order and that SKY IT team are saying the issue is resolved. She doesn't know of a procedure to resolve my issue. I pay £10 per month for insurance  like many other from a company that claims "we are committed to provide customers the best possible service" only that they can't fulfil my claim and don't Anyone know how to contact a sufficiently qualified adviser to complete my claim
