Unable to log in second user, sky protect

Just got Sky Protect insurance with the tech. Started setting the tech up on the app. I've sent an invite to my wife to be a secondary user, she's received the email and created a Sky ID but she can't seem to log in to the Sky Protect app. It keeps saying 'unable to log in'.

Got it sorted. Did a password reset, cancelled the pending invite and resent it. Worked straight away. 👍

@Tr7cky my wife had this problem and found instead of using her Sky ID and password to login she used the email address she used to create her Sky ID and her password and she sas able to log in 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
