Unable to contact sky protect

Insurance reneal time and ive tried to contact sky protect as my renewal increased by over 30% for no reason , however the numbers on the renewal do not exist so i assume they no longer provide customer service , i have emailed them but dont know if that exists either , probably best to move away from them if they cant be contacted
