Make sure you have a stable internet connection:
Your devices must be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Most home Wi-Fi networks operate on 2.4GHz. If you have dual-band router, there will be both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.

How do I ensure I have a stable internet connection?
- If only one network option is visible, it is likely the 2.4GHz network. Some networks may combine both bandwidths under a single name.
- Open your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings.
- Look for two network options under your Wi-Fi name (e.g., MyWi-FiNetwork and MyWiFiNetwork-5G).
- Ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz network (it may be labelled with -2G).
- Verify that the Wi-Fi name entered in the Sky Protect app matches exactly with what is shown in your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
How do I use the QR code?
While setting up your Indoor Camera, you'll need to scan an on-screen QR code.

- Make sure the protective film from the camera lens has been peeled off, giving the camera a clear image to read.
- Check there's nothing obstructing the QR code, for example a cracked or distorted smartphone screen.
- The brightness on your smartphone screen should be turned up enough for the QR code to be clearly seen.
- It works best about 10cm away from your camera lens.
