Your devices must be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Most home Wi-Fi networks operate on 2.4GHz. If you have dual-band router, there will be both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.

How do I ensure I have a stable internet connection?
If only one network option is visible, it is likely the 2.4GHz network. Some networks may combine both bandwidths under a single name.
Open your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings.
Look for two network options under your Wi-Fi name (e.g., MyWi-FiNetwork and MyWiFiNetwork-5G).
Ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz network (it may be labelled with -2G).
Verify that the Wi-Fi name entered in the Sky Protect app matches exactly with what is shown in your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
How do I use the QR code?
While setting up your Indoor Camera, you'll need to scan an on-screen QR code.

Make sure the protective film from the camera lens has been peeled off, giving the camera a clear image to read.
Check there's nothing obstructing the QR code, for example a cracked or distorted smartphone screen.
The brightness on your smartphone screen should be turned up enough for the QR code to be clearly seen.
It works best about 10cm away from your camera lens.
